Builds run three to five weeks on site with a dedicated crew. Budget honesty up front: bespoke starts around £32,000 and the projects we're proudest of sit £45,000–£75,000 — glazing is usually the biggest single line, and it's also the line that makes the building. If brief and budget disagree, we'll show you exactly where, and design the phased version rather than the diminished one.
