Small building, full spec
The trap with small garden buildings is the flat-pack 'pod' that's really a summerhouse: single-skin walls, no floor insulation, an extension lead through the window. Fine in May, unusable by November, mouldy by February. Everything we build — at every size — gets the full envelope: insulated floor over a ventilated base, PIR-filled walls and roof, proper double glazing, and its own consumer unit fed by armoured cable. A pod should be the smallest version of a good building, not the cheapest version of a bad one.
